Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager - Billing to support our client at a major Airport located in Flushing, NY

 

Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

 

• Managerial / Supervisory experience strongly preferred.• Analytical skills, Strong Computer Skills, Proficient in Data Entry, and Fluent with Excel and Outlook• Record keeping, organizational skills, handle multiple assignments, meet critical deadlines, work

independently and prioritize.• Must have good written and oral communications skills.• Previous experience working in Payroll, Invoicing, and Data Entry strongly preferred.

  • Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner

  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
